I have taken fish from Mumbai to Pune and then back from Pune to Lonavala and the fillets and prawns remained very fresh. I recommend to everybody to use Pesca Fresh as this is the only Fish supplier who gives me complete assurance. I hope you all enjoyed cooking my two recipies of Fish Hirva Rassa and Prawn Bhajji last month. I am sure it must have turned out well since it is cooked with Pesca Fresh Seafood, since Freshness of the Seafood makes all the difference to the cooking. This week again I will present to you two more seafood delicacies from the Konkan Coast, which are great hits in our diva Maharashtra Restobar. The guests visiting my three restaurants also include lot of foreigners who love crab delicacies but try to avoid it due to the difficult process of eating it. I have made it easy for them by serving stuffed crab – [crab meat cooked and stuffed in shell], ready to eat with spoon.
