A favourite amongst most catfishes, the Pabda fish is quite a delicacy in Bengal and is known for its soft meat and delicate texture. It’s not only delicious in taste but is an easy meat to cook. It is usually served in curry or gravy. Since it consists of a single set of backbone in the middle, it’s not much of a hassle while devouring its meat.
